Q: Can't turn on the power? The camera does not work? indicator lght does not flash?
A: The camera does not have a battery. you need to power the camera on, After power on, wait for oneminute, the bu'b camera will rotate and perform selftest, indicating that it can work properly. Pleasenote that the status indicator wil not blink whih is normal.
Q: Can't connect to intemet/wifi/network?
A: 1. Please make sure the bulb camera can power on and self-test properhy.
2.Please install it close to the router, the camera needs a strong Wif signal, the dis- tance between thecamera and the router is not more than10 meters(32.8FT )as far as possible, more than this distanke the signalmay be weakened resulting in poor picture transmission.
3. Please make sure your Wif information is entered correctly.
4. Please reset the bulb camera, it takes longer time to set up for the first time.
Q: Why can't my phone receive alert notifcations?
A: 1.Please make sure you have turned on the motion detection alert switch and set the appropriaste alarm sensitivity.

Q: Display offline?
A: 1Confrm whether there is a power failure from the router or network disconection, if so, it takes awhile for the router to restore the network check again after
2 minutes if the device is back online. 2 Ensure the router has been replaced or the Wifi name, password, etc. have been modfed, if so, the device needs to be removed and re.added3.
Check whether the APP is the latest version, App side check path: Home - click the device icon - click the top right button - check for updates.
